The Extreme Business Makeover™ Team will select one local business to receive a FREE six-month, comprehensive business makeover – a no risk opportunity to thrive. Your company could receive the guidance and support from a team of business owners, industry leaders, and category experts. This group will work closely with the business owners and their team, uncovering opportunities to increase sales, improve cash flow, strengthen operations, enhance training, and grow profits. Even in a recession.
Why are we doing this? We are tired of seeing companies in the Merrimack Valley lose sales, lose hope, and lose out on opportunities to take advantage of these challenging economic times and prosper.
The Eagle-Tribune, a daily newspaper in Northeastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire, will chronicle this six month process of conducting the business makeover. The paper will share news of the success of the company’s makeover, inspiring others to learn what happens when a company chooses action over inaction, and help over complacency. We will NOT share financial or other uncomfortable data, but we will work closely with the selected company to make sure that any news shared is very positive for the company.
Who should apply?
- A company that deserves a break!
- Any business owner in the Merrimack Valley is invited to apply, including service providers, retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, B2B, B2C and others.
Here is how the program works:
- Once the program begins, your business will have two weeks to register to win.
- You simply fill in the brief application on this site.
- We will then evaluate the responses and select a few companies as semifinalists. You will then present to our team in person in early September.
- We will then conduct a short on site visit with the finalists.
- After that, we will select a winner, and your Extreme Business Makeover will begin!
The Makeover will evaluate the following critical areas of your business and train you and your employees how to operate more effectively. We will also assist you in the implementation of proven techniques to improve each area.
